How reliable is SiteTraxx.
To date we have not experienced any hardware or software downtime. SiteTraxx has over 200k workers enrolled across more than 5k companies and have recorded over xxx events without any downtime across any site. Should a hardware terminal experience a loss of internet signal the system will continue to record clock events in offline mode and synchronize when it regains signal. SiteTraxx hardware and software is fully monitored and alerts SiteTraxx support if it experiences any problems.
How do subcontractors react to having SiteTraxx on-site?
Surprisingly well. Our experience is that subcontractors who are committed to honest and transparent cost reporting normally adopt SiteTraxx as their time reporting system, further streamlining their operations and ensuring their time reporting is 100% accurate.
What is the average error seen between SiteTraxx and pay application time reporting data?
Currently we are seeing an average of 11% error (or savings) when compared to pay application data. As these discrepancies are addressed and more subcontractors begin to use SiteTraxx to generate their invoices that error percentage declines, but the overall savings had SiteTraxx not been installed is tracking at 11% across all jobsites. We have seen individual subcontractors with errors as high as 47% representing millions of dollars in questionable labor charged to jobsites.
How long does it take for my workforce to clock in each day?
The act of clocking in is as simple as scanning a badge, this takes only a few seconds and we have observed 125 workers entering a jobsite in under 5 minutes during peak start times (a worker entering the jobsite every 2.4 seconds) without any line forming or frustrating wait times. Obviously terminal placement and quantity can help control traffic flows as needed.
SiteTraxx is in place at my jobsite. Now what?
The data SiteTraxx collects has many uses and is the most valuable resource a SiteTraxx implementation can provide. In addition to the many canned reports and dashboards built into SiteTraxx, our data model allows you to download the data in excel or CSV format to explore and manipulate to meet your needs. Additionally, SiteTraxx support can work with you to develop any other custom views or reports, help identify trends and build any decision support systems you may need.

Why is SiteTraxx better than the timesheet Iphone apps I’ve heard about?
In our experience any timesheet system, be it paper or app based still has the same human error (5-11%), only SiteTraxx provides a undeniable verification of the clock event via photo and physical terminal clock records. We have multiple customers who have migrated from timeclock or app based systems due to misuse of workers clocking multiple people on-site that simply are not there. SiteTraxx’s photo verification eliminates this error saving you money.
What is the badge enrollment process?
SiteTraxx was developed to mirror the enrollment process to site safety orientation programs. The goal of SiteTraxx badge enrollment is to enhance these programs not only from a site safety aspect but to provide better project controls and security. Badge holders can pre-enroll by providing demographic information and have badges waiting on-site to have photos taken and associated with the user, or enrolled ad-hoc in less than a minute.
How do you create a secure site and perimeter fence protection and funnel workers to the fixed terminals without a gate?
All sites regardless of a perimeter fence protection have a natural traffic flow. During our site survey, we will identify strategic locations recommended for the SiteTraxx fixed terminals to maximize accurate collection and minimize entry / exit inefficiencies. Ultimately site security and access policies dictate worker behavior. RFID ring fencing and virtual gates can be deployed to augment the SiteTraxx fixed terminal if necessary.
